I LOVE gardens. They make me feel alive and at peace with this world.
We think alike, Tess! I totally agree. What’s that saying?
“I feel closer to God in my garden, than anywhere else on earth?” Is that it? I think that speaks of peace…
This looks like a beautiful little place. I miss my mom’s garden.
Thank you, Bindu!
What a lovely corner of your garden – looks so peaceful. 🙂 Love the quote!
Thanks, zelmare!
Lovely garden … peaceful and ready for your visits with your
summer afternoon tea … !!!
AHHHH I love the sound of THAT, Isadora! Thank you! I’ll plan on that! (and pretend I don’t see all the weeds!)
Lovely garden!
Thank you, marilou. I appreciate your compliment! (you should see my weeds!)
Beautiful garden!
You are so kind, Madhu. Thank you. However, I’m far better growing weeds than flowers! 😉
I was wondering about the big leaves but I see you don’t remember 🙂
Rats. I need to look that up! They can grow as tall as 20 feet at maturity. When visiting the Chicago Botanical Gardens, I was so excited to see a very large one. I guess I need to go back to Chicago to find the name! 😉
Nice post Judy. A great place to chill out with friends.
Very kind of you, Jim. If I could only keep up with the weeds! Kind of like trying to keep up with blog visits! I’m hopeless. 😉
What an elegant garden… Beautiful! 🙂
Thank you, eliz! I do really well with weeds! 😉
😆
Love the garden, Judy!
Thank you, mj! You should see my weeds. 😉
